Symantec pcAnywhere 12.0 Beta Released

That's right, Symantec pcAnywhere 12.0 has been released for download! It now supports the Mac OS X for a host or a client. Anyone that has used pcAnywhere before knows of the troubles routers and firewalls can give. To make this simpler they now include pcAnywhere Gateway which will make the configuration of ports and other settings easier.

DivX has released another codec, version 6.1 this time. The speed improvements are supposed to be unthinkable with this release. For those with some top-of-the-line computers you could get up to 300% faster! They say even a modest computer will be able to get 80% faster. Well, what are you waiting for, let the encoding begin!

Victorinox Releases The Swiss CyberTool

The CyberTool by Victorinox contains many of the tools needed when repairing electronics! It has a ton of tools as seen in the picture along with many different size screw drivers (because you never have the right one when you need it). For as much as I fix computers away from my home, this would be a nice tool to carry around with me.

Gmail Now On Your Cell Phone Or PDA

Google has officially released Gmail Mobile so that users can access their email even when you are on the go! I use my cell phone for Internet all the time when I am traveling to and from school (riding the bus with nothing else to do). Just like when they do everything, they really took it over the top! You can read Microsoft Word documents and PDF files all through your mobile device.
