Flip4Mac Quicktime Plugin Released By Microsoft


Looks like Microsoft keeps on catering to Mac. First they ‘promised’ to develop Microsoft Office for another 5 years and then they released this plugin for Quicktime (called Flip4Mac) that gives users the ability to open Windows Media files. What’s next? Maybe they will make a plugin for OS X that will allow users to open all Windows files and applications. Well, maybe not that far.

    Actually, it’s Telestream that developed Flip4Mac….it’s become one of my most used pieces of software for importing and exporting, as well as basic playback of WMV content.
