AskMeNow Service A Good 411 Replacement

The AskMeNow service that has been released could be a good alternative to using 411. I know on my cell phone using 411 costs $1.25, and with Google Mobile I haven’t had to use 411. Now there may be a nicer alternative if I don’t want to use text messaging. AskMeNow uses automated menus and can get information like sports scores, stock quotes, directions, and more. Now, you may ask yourself ‘why is it called AskMeNow if you use menus’? Well, they offer the service called AskMeAnything where AnswerAgents will send you an answer back but a $0.49 fee will be applied to your phone bill. I guess that is still cheaper than using 411.
