Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1 To Be Released This Week

A Digger realized that in the meeting notes from today the Firefox team said that they are hoping for Firefox 2.0 Alpha 1 to be released in the next 3-4 days. It has been about a month since the scheduled release of Alpha 1 and there are many people anxious to toy around with it and have some fun.

EDIT: Firefox 1.5.0.2 is still a TinderBox release which means it is not 100% official! However, most TinderBox releases do not get changed before their official release.

Rumors of the Google Calendar have been on the web for about two-weeks but we have not see any solid information...until now. This is the first shot that we have had of the Google Calendar that we are all anxiously waiting to play with. It looks like they are going to keep it basic with just the adding of events and tasks along with multiple different views.

This is definitely a first for me and surprising it was Microsoft that has brought it to us and not Google.
