That's right! The new build of Windows Live Messenger has been leaked to the web. It has the improved user interface that everyone couldn't wait for as well as several new features. It also has a new icon package that is bundled with it for the installation and some visual customizations (like the option to add shadows or animations). Yahoo Is Testing Out A New Homepage

It appears that Yahoo is testing out a new homepage with a completely redesigned layout. From the image you can tell that they are trying to condense all of their navigation into a few key spots (notably the sidebar). I believe that this is a nicer interface than the current Yahoo Homepage but it still seems to have a lot of information stuffed on to one

With Google's latest release of the Google Toolbar for Firefox, many users were disappointed to see a lacking of functionality. Everyone thought that they would implement similar features to what the toolbar for Internet Explorer has. However, this was not the case and now someone has finally developed an extension for Firefox that will allow users to have the Google Bookmarks right at their fingertips.

Microsoft has started to work on a solution that will compete with Google's recent patent of voice search technology. Microsoft's photo searching, called Photo2Search, will allow cell phone users to quickly query the web just by snapping a photo.
