Google has made one of the smartest moves that they probably could have by denying any kind of deal with GoodMail. GoodMail has been trying to strike up deals with major email companies like AOL and Yahoo. GoodMail allows companies (what I call spammers) to pay to ensure that their email will make it to the user's inbox (bypassing any spam filters).
