Microsoft Ends Windows Vista CTP Program

Well, it looks like the Windows Vista CTP Program has come to an end. Microsoft has stated this on their Windows Vista Beta Registration page saying “The Windows Vista Community Technology Preview (CTP) program, which provided download access to the CTP builds, has come to an end.” They were expecting to end the CTP Program much earlier in the year except they noticed that it was becoming very successful.

So this means that we should expect to see the Beta 2 released sometime in May (if they keep on track). The latest build that got released has definitely shown some improvements over any previous build, and hopefully this will be the case with Beta 2. Bring it on Microsoft…we’re ready!
