GMail Might Show Froogle Results Near Advertisements

Google may soon be placing Froogle product recommendations in GMail whenever Google finds a product name in the content of the email. This is very interesting as Garett Rogers points out because this new service could anger some online retail sites.

IE7+ Confirmed For Windows Vista

A few weeks ago people were beginning to notice that the Internet Explorer 7 in Vista was branded as "IE7+". Everyone knew that there was something behind this and now we have confirmed reports of what it means: The special branding is designed to highlight the additional features IE7 will receive in Vista, including Protected Mode, parental controls, and improved network diagnostics.
