Google's program SketchUp, the 3D design program that is simple and easy to learn has been released for the Mac OS X. Google explains the program as a 3D modeling program that allows you to explore the world in 3D. SketchUp also allows you to take your 3D design and place it into Google Earth.

MySpace Has An Instant Messenger, Too!

How many instant messenger services does one person need? As many as they can fit in the system tray! I just noticed that MySpace has released their own instant messenger (I don't know how long it has been out), and in my opinion it must be because people still have room left in the system tray.

Windows Live Messenger Release Date Incorrect

Windows Live Messenger was once expected to be released on June 16, but that expectation has gone away. The next generation Messenger can't be too far away though because Microsoft has sent out emails thanking Beta Participants for their feedback, and letting them know that the Beta Program for Windows Live Messenger is now over.

Garett Rogers from Googling Google noticed that there were some new additions to Google's robots.txt file. The new addition references some sort of calling feature that looks like it will have caller ID. If you try and visit what the robots.txt is blocking then an XML file is displayed. Firefox 2.0 Options Screen Refresh

I was reading through the Firefox 2.0 forums and noticed that someone pointed to a bug report that referenced a new Firefox 2.0 preferences page. It is all done in ASCII art but you can get the gist of the new interface we might see in later builds.
