It looks like Meebo isn't going to be the only one in the Online instant messenger arena. Kool IM is amazing similar to Meebo when it comes to features, but I like the interface on Kool IM much more. They condense down all of the logins to a single line and do not combine any messenger types, such as Google Talk and Jabber. This gives the homepage a more slick and streamlined look.
Bill Gates has now said that there is an 80% chance that they will be able to deliver Vista in January. That means that there is still a 20% chance that there will be an additional delay and push Vista back even further. Gates said that he wants this release to be perfect, even if that means a delay: "We got to get this absolutely right," Gates said.

If you haven't heard the news already then you will be disappointed to find out that the final version of Firefox 2 Beta 1 will not be released today.
The iBar is the latest and greatest kind of bar around. The video above demonstrates how cool the bar really is. It is pressure sensitive and acts like a system of connect-the-dots, well, words can't even really explain it. I could only imagine how cool it would be to walk into a bar and see this in action!
Last week IntelliAdmin posted an article about downloading a User Profile Hive Cleanup Service (UPHClean) that was released by Microsoft. The cleanup service will let your computer shutdown faster by constantly keeping up with your profile instead of waiting until a user turns off their computer. There are a lot more technical details behind it but that is the main gist of what it does.
