Seagate is shooting for 2.5TB hard drives for desktop computers by 2009 and they estimate that iPods should be able to hold 275GB by that time. The 2.5TB is about 3-times what Seagate's current largest hard drive can hold (which is 750GB).

Microsoft is really going after an iPod-dedicated market with the Zune but they are doing it in a good way. At first I didn't think that Microsoft was going to be able to hold their own when it came to stacking up against Apple but the Zune specifics appear to be quite impressive.

Airlines and airfare always seem to be a hot topic with increasing prices, and financial struggles always keeping them in the news.  A few weeks ago we wrote about FareCast which is a great service that gives you a good idea if you should buy your tickets now or wait.  There's yet another new startup catering to the airline industry called cFares.
