One and a half months ago Dell announced a massive battery recall to deal with some complaints of batteries that were exploding. Recently Dell added 100,000 more computers to the list of machines that were being recalled but other companies are also stepping up now.

The Google Reader just got a huge update yesterday which is simply amazing. It took an entire day but someone finally found the Easter Egg that they implemented.

Dell is making an effort to keep you from sending your computers to the landfill by recycling them. They will come to your home to pickup any desktops, mini-towers, notebooks, servers, workstations, keyboards, mice, monitors (CRT and flat panels), data terminals, PDAs, hubs, routers, scanners, projectors, as well as inkjet, bubble jet and laser printers that you want to get rid of.

The Google Blog just announced that you no longer need to have a GMail account just to use Google Talk. Users will have to sign up and register their email address but after that it is smooth sailing.
