Microsoft has just released Windows Vista to testers that have access to Microsoft Connect. Everyone is saying that the public release should be very soon so we just have to sit patiently twiddling our thumbs until Microsoft decides to share the goods with the rest of us. 
The public download page was active the other day but they did not have the ISO images posted at that time. They quickly took down the Vista RC2 page but I would suspect these will be the download links for the ISO images:
