Have you started playing around with Windows Vista yet? I couldn't imagine going back to XP at this point but it does get a little frustrating when you come across some incompatible programs...and there are still plenty of them.
If you are still skeptical about trying out Firefox 2 RC2 then maybe you should tinker around with the portable version that has been put together by John Haller. It includes his awesome new launcher that offers significant speed improvements when re-launching Firefox from the same computer.

If you're bored and want to have some fun with images then I've got the JavaScript for you! Just drag this link to your bookmark toolbar (or just bookmark it) and open a site with a bunch of images. After the site is loaded just click on the bookmark. It doesn't work properly on some sites but I had a good experience when using Google Images.
App-A-Day just released what I think is the best program yet. The Jedi Window Dock will let you remove any window from the Taskbar and place it into a tabbed interface, which means this could definitely help reduce some clutter.
Back in April, we wrote about a program that can save you some big bucks on eBay by allowing you to search for misspellings of the item that you're looking for. The benefit and the savings come from the fact that the majority of people who spell the search correctly won't come across the misspelled listing.
