First Google snatches away YouTube for 1.65 Billion, and now the rumors are rampant that Google is in talks to purchase Facebook for an estimated 2.3 billion. Of course, this is just a rumor but it certainly would not come as a surprise.  Also in the picture is Yahoo and Microsoft, and so we're left to speculate who will win the battle.

If you're not ready to have Internet Explorer 7 installed from the Automatic Updates then you may want to disable it. IntelliAdmin has put together two great tools to disable the IE7 update so that you don't have to go digging through the registry.

The first tool will let you remotely enable/disable the update by entering in the computer's name and the username/password of the machine.

Google finally brought their online text editor, called Writely, into a Google branded page. In fact they combined Writely with Google Spreadsheets and have now renamed the service to Google Docs & Spreadsheets (clever, huh).

There really isn't anything too impressive with the Google Docs service because no new features have been introduced. It does look much nicer utilizing Google's "theme" compared to all of the green colors that Writely seemed
