I've noticed that Super doesn't always work with some of the formats I try to convert and installing the K-Lite codec pack would probably help. It really is great for a free app. It does have some issues, some options aren't available if you don't have the right codecs installed and it doesn't always produce the correct resolutions It can also suffer from audio sync issues particularly with large files such as DIVX movie conversions to Mpeg. It doesn't do a great job of PAL to NTSC or NTSC to PAL, this is where you'll probably notice the audio sync issues most. In fact the only program I have found that doesn't really suffer audio sync issues when doing conversion between TV standards is ConvertXtoDVD but then that does one job (converts to DVD) and isn't free.
