CNet has launched a new site, called Webware, that will cover a lot of online software to help make you more productive. It looks like they started posting to the site in April but they are just now officially announcing it.

Creating a web browser is no easy task which is why great browsers like Firefox and Opera demand the work of large teams. It would be inconceivable for many of us to start from scratch and develop our own browser but one 12 year old has done it.

Yesterday I posted about a ping pong game that I had become addicted to and now I have a site with several different Flash games. You can find the list of games here and they are so simple that they are addicting. My favorite is Gravity which starts out pretty easy but it gets pretty hard.

It happens to most people at some time or another when we just feel like saying "Sorry, I gotta go." The problem is we never know a good excuse to get off of the phone. Maybe a few sound effects and recordings from SorryGottaGo.com will help you hang up the phone.

Online file storage is becoming increasingly popular and a highly talked about service called Omnidrive will be bringing down the barriers so that anyone can register for a free account. This will happen tomorrow at 12:01AM PST which is about 14-hours from now.

Google has finally opened their doors for anyone to create a new Orkut account. That's right, you no longer need an invite in order to create an account which is actually good to hear. As many of you may know we were giving out invitations to anyone who commented in this post or this one.

The new Skype 3 Beta was just released and is available for download. I have never really been a Skype user myself but I was curious what the new interface looked like so I downloaded it and got it installed.

I am a huge fan of the services that Google offers even though I have found myself switching to other alternatives lately. Mostly because I have found other companies, such as Netvibes for my personalized homepage, that offer better features for what I would like to do.
