Freeware is always my favorite kind of software and that is what I try to write about the most. There aren't any nag screens, trial periods, or anything that you have to worry about...just download, install, and run.

If you have your own Website, when there's down time, that means frustrated users and potentially lost revenue.

Opera has gotten most of the kinks worked out in Opera 9.10 so they are preparing to officially release it. As of right now it is sitting on their FTP but the download homepage has not been changed to reflect the new version. Going off of information that the Desktop Team has previously provided this should be a rough estimation of the changelog:

If you're in search for a portable, but rugged notebook to take with you no matter where you go, there are lots of options available. These notebooks range in durability from "semi-rugged" to "rugged" which is the most durable.  There is even a tablet PC option available.

I wish that Microsoft would just open up the Live.com email addresses to the world and let anyone sign-up. Now it is getting to the point where people are finding tricks every few weeks, but I guess when people want something bad enough they will find a way to get it.
