Fauxto – The Online Photoshop Clone

Fauxto is a pretty cool online Photoshop Clone.  It looks so close to the real thing, you may have to look twice! Major differences are hard to notice. At first, I was confused with the name, but it's actually pretty simple. Fauxto = Fau-to = Fo-to = Photo. Fauxto....like photo.

AppSnap: Install Applications…No Brain Needed

The thing that I always dread the most about formatting my computer is installing all of the programs that I use. Most of the programs are freeware so there should be an easier way to install all of them, right? There is, and that way is AppSnap (the homepage is running a little slow so you can get it from Softpedia).

Microsoft Zune Media Player Now Vista Compatible

We have yet to see how the Zune will be the iPod killer,  but I guess there's still time.  Today, Microsoft released their first major firmware and software update version 1.2 for the Zune which now makes it compatible for Vista, their own operating system.  It's amazing to me that a product of Microsoft was incompatible with their own operating system.

In what seems to be a likely partnership, Google and NASA have joined together to bring space exploration down to earth. Both Google and NASA have something important to offer the other, and in return, we'll have access to loads of new information.

Opera Browser For Wii Expected Friday

Back in September, we wrote about Opera's plans for a browser specifically for devices like the Sony Mylo, Mood Box, and yes, even Nitendo's Wii.  The mobile market is something that not many other companies have appeared to be interested in. Today in their latest press release, Opera has announced that a trial version will be available on Friday, December 22.
