CyberNet News Unbanned from Digg

I’ve been in contact with Digg quite a few times today and we were finally able to get our domain unbanned! We have also added a “Digg” button in the bookmarks bar located underneath a post’s title to make submitting an article a little easier for you.

I normally don’t post about about WordPress upgrades, but this one is extremely important for anyone running version 2.1.1 that was just released a few days ago. Apparently a hacker got access to the WordPress.org server and inserted some malicious code into the download:

Opera Reveals New Speed Dial Feature…I like it!

I’m not sure how I missed it, but on Wednesday Opera revealed a new “speed dial” feature that is currently available in their latest weekly release (thanks to XPGeek in our forum for pointing this out!). It’s actually been two-weeks since Opera announced that they were going to offer a unique feature in the next release, but they didn’t want to say what it was.

According to DigiTimes, none of the latest game consoles including the Nintendo Wii, Xbox 360, or PS3 will stand King of the Hill over the market like the PS2 previously did. The PS2 reigned over the market for quite a while, but this time around, it will be shared.

Batteries Overheating Results in Lenovo Recall

Last year when Sony dealt with a massive recall of notebook batteries, it was a costly situation they had to deal with. In fact, the recall cost nearly $444 million after the 10 million batteries were taken care of! While Lenovo won’t have 10 million batteries to deal with, they do have 205,000 batteries that have been recalled.
