I just got done playing around with a service called Peepel that is looking to revolutionize the way we use online documents. It is honestly the best looking online document manager that I have ever seen, but it looks all too familiar doesn’t it?

The entire interface is remarkably similar to the Office 2007 “Ribbons” that were introduced with the newest Microsoft Office 2007

Microsoft has another lawsuit headed their way, this time from disgruntled customers who purchased computers before Windows Vista was released, and were promised that their new computers would be Vista compatible once it became available.

The lawsuit claims that Microsoft was deceptive by allowing PC makers to promote hardware as Vista Capable. PC makers placed stickers on computers stating this, despite the fact that many of them only had the

You may remember about a service called Pingdom that I mentioned late last year who was giving away a free 1–year subscription for their downtime monitor. Back in August of 2006 I wrote about a guy who had his unlimited Verizon EVDO Wireless Data Service canceled because buried deep into the Terms of Service (TOS) they mentioned some things that were unacceptable. Some of these things included downloading/streaming music and videos…which is what the Internet is all about these days.

At the time Verizon didn’t explicitly state that their unlimited service really

I signed up for a Flickr Pro account the day that they announced the new Collections feature. I keep all of my photos organized in a nice hierarchical structure that is difficult or impossible to replicate using only tags. Once Flickr implemented the feature, I knew that it was exactly what I was waiting for.

For the $24.95 per year you receive unlimited everything (bandwidth, photo storage, etc…)
