Firefox 3 New Feature and Release Schedule

The latest nightly releases of Firefox 3 have a new feature in them that allow you to select items on a site that are not all adjacent to each other. This is often called discontinuous selections, and the result is something similar to the screenshot that I posted to the right.

Last week we mentioned the latest lawsuit against Microsoft, this time over their “Windows Vista Capable” marketing. In a nutshell the lawsuit claims that Microsoft was being deceptive by allowing PC makers to promote hardware as Vista Capable.

Apple definitely has reason to celebrate after their 100 millionth iPod was sold. It took them a little over five years to reach this milestone, and since the very first iPod was introduced, 10 different models have been released.

While Google may be ranked as the number one place to work in the United States, it doesn’t mean they’re perfect in all ways — in this case, ethics.  Google has found themselves dealing with a pretty big ethics issue after they “borrowed” or stole part of an application from a rival company called Sohu.com and got caught.

Several days ago, a YouTube video showed what the Xbox 360 Spring update was supposed to look like. At the time, it was unclear whether it was legit or not because Microsoft hadn’t made any official announcements. It turns out it was correct, and come Spring, there will be a lot of improvements.
