Apple has started a trend with their Get A Mac ads. They are 30–second clips that leave people thinking about the benefits of owning an Apple computer. The main reason that many of the ads are memorable is because of the humor used to portray the different features that Macs have.

Facebook and Friendster Introduce Classifieds

It appears that the latest social network trend is classifieds as both Friendster and Facebook are taking this route. Facebook teamed up with Oodle, while Friendster teamed up with OLX. Neither of the services are extremely impressive because in both situations, Oodle and OLX are just gaining access to the massive amounts of people that Facebook and Friendster have in their communities.

According to Discovery.com Microsoft is working on a new technology in India that could let users share their computer monitor with another user using a software-based solution. That’s right, it would be like playing a split-screen video game where each user has their own space to work with.

Two-Sided Functionality with Next Gen iPod

Thanks to a patent application that Apple filed recently, we now have details on the next Gen iPod, perhaps even an iPhone Nano too. The one thing I gathered immediately from it is that it looks like it’s going to be a lot less thumb controlled. I don’t know about you, but right now I use my thumb to control everything on my iPod.
