Google Adds Geotagging to Picasa Web Albums

Geotagging photos is something that I never got into doing until recently. I have a Flickr account and I went through my 5,000+ photos adding locations of where they were taken. Surprisingly it didn’t take me all that long, but I also didn’t go that in-depth with geotagging.

I think most everybody will agree that Opera for Nintendo Wii has been quite the success. Ever since it was released into beta in December, it’s been available to users for free.

iPhone Reviewer Says Internet “Excruciatingly Slow”

It’s time for your daily fix of iPhone updates!  The first reviews are in from The Wall Street Journal (Walt Mossberg), The New York Times (David Pogue), USA Today (Ed Baig), and Newsweek (Steven Levy), and overall I’d say the reviewers were pretty impressed and generally had nothing but good things to say about the phone.

Google Docs & Spreadsheets Overhaul Complete

We knew a “complete overhaul” was in-store for Google Docs & Spreadsheets, we just didn’t think it was going to be introduced as soon as it was! Yesterday the Docs & Spreadsheets team introduced all of the changes, and posted details of those changes on their blog.

Mozilla has definitely made a name for themselves with Firefox, and have done such a great job of developing the browser that other people want to create their own browsers based on Firefox. To create their own browsers...they use Gecko, Firefox’s rendering engine as the core of the browsers that they create.
