It was a big disappointment when the FastStone screenshot application turned to shareware, but there is another free alternative available that has some really nice features (especially for Vista users). It’s called Window Clippings and it is available for Windows XP, Server 2003, and Vista. Using it is a piece of cake since there is only one executable file (weighing

Just a few weeks ago we wrote about Sony’s latest promotion to offer five free Blu-ray movies with a Blu-ray Disc purchase as a method to boost their sales. Now it appears as though Microsoft is following the lead of Sony with their offer of five free HD DVD movies with the newly re-priced Xbox HD DVD Player.

Reuters is reporting that starting on Thursday, the HD

But, that doesn’t mean that those one million beta users that signed up are actually using Joost.

I saw Webware’s article today titled One Million Beta Testers for Joost, But Have They

When I was a student, had I written research papers and cited Wikipedia as a source, my professors would have laughed. Wikipedia is often times criticized for its inaccuracies, and brushed off into the “non-scholarly” section, yet even “real” encyclopedias like the Encyclopedia Britannica make mistakes. In fact, there’s a Wikipedia page dedicated to the errors in Encyclopedia Britannica that have been corrected in Wikipedia… imagine that!

My favorite dedicated BitTorrent client has always been uTorrent, and with the new uTorrent mUI you’ll be able to control your Torrent downloads no matter where you are at. It is optimized for mobile devices, and works great on Opera Mini or on the iPhone. When you pull it up you’ll quickly be able to gain access to all of the important information regarding your current
