This is a very nice application and if you can get around with the initial jitters of learning a new application, then this just sticks on forever. I generally find the docking programs intrusive as they show up at times when it is unnecessary. Have been using this for sometime now. True Launch bar does look nice, but the thing that makes this application launcher special is that it appears wherever your mouse is.
