Techcrunch managed to get an exclusive look at the upcoming Delicous 2 site. There are numerous new features, and Delicious says that they have done a complete code rewrite this time around. One of the most notable things, however, is that they are dropping the Del.icio.us branding: they are moving to Delicious.com instead of the Del.icio.us that we're all used to.

Back in July we created a screencast of a great freeware app called Vista Virtual Desktops that made use of Vista's advanced Aero interface. The program has since gotten a much requested upgrade which includes support for the Windows XP operating system.

As you can imagine, there are many people who feel enraged and insulted that Apple would have the audacity to lower the price of the iPhone by $200 so soon after launch. It's been one of the hot topics in the news today, and some people were suggesting that Apple should offer a $200 refund to all those early-adopters who feel they were ripped-off.

One of the most notable features available in Opera 9.5 Alpha is the new bookmark synchronization feature. With it all of your bookmarks, among other things, are stored on a remote server so that no matter where you go your bookmarks are accessible. It's a truly great feature which takes almost no thought to use.

Microsoft briefly announced in one of their press releases today that they hired on the developer of the popular WebGuide software for Windows Media Center (both XP and Vista).

It was always ironic to me that Google specializes in search, yet they didn't offer a search option in Google Reader. The ability to search through  feeds was one of those things that many Google Reader users said was needed, and now finally it's there.
