Looks like you found out for yourself before I could respond. But yes, it will reload your Speed Dial sites in the background without having the tab open.

Hey, jsut gave myself the answer.

The speeddial doens't have to be open, pages are loaded in the background according to refresh values set in speed-dial preference for the entry.

GREAT!

Hi!

Thanks for the great tips on Opera's Speed Dial. Opera simply rules. I love thisbrowser...

Your cronjob idea is great. But before delving into it any further: Is the speed dial reloading itself in the background whenever opera is online or does it have to be open in a tab of the browser?

Thanks For your tips, really appreciate!

Yeah, I could easily double that number as well. I'm not sure if that would make it harder to navigate though.

I have problems using Opera at work, but I have tried out the Speed Dial feature and I like it a lot. I have a total of 185 websites in my bookmarks and having quick access to the top nine while at works is great. For personal use I could probably double that number though.
