First go here and scroll down the page to the bottom you will see a list of Uninstallers for Adobe Flash Player choose you OS version download and Run it. http://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html#uninstaller You can also pull the New Installer version off the same page or just go over here, like I do and get it here: (For Internet Explorer Only) http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_ie/ (For Firefox and Opera browser type, yuck ha ha ha) http://www.filehippo.com/download_flashplayer_firefox/ Then Reboot your machine and the New Installer EXE. should run without any problems, as trying to load the installer over a previous versions install usually fails, do to a "locked file" during install. I can't wait till YouTube goes HD!
