Nice that it supports a lot of boolean operators. So if you search for gnarles barkley and you don't want to see all the same files over and over in the results you can create a string like:

gnarles barkley -crazy -daddy -smiley

and quickly filter out the dozens of copies of the same stuff and see what there is other than the hits.

I don't think it will get shutdown, but I just try to be conservative with streaming of the music. After all, if I was the one hosting it I would be a little upset that a site like that was eating up my bandwidth without my consent. 8O

Excellent! Can stream or download any song, instantly. Far faster than soundpedia or running LimeWire, plus don't have to fiddle with torrents. This is great. Not to mention the potentially useful video search. I hope this site doesn't get shut down!

[...] Just last week we introduced you to BeeMP3 , a search engine for music, and then a few weeks before that we showed you a RapidShare search engine . Now wouldn’t it be nice if there was a way to combine the features of both sites into one convenient search engine? The site is definitely not limited to results from those sites alone though, and performing a search for a file will prove that since you can always see the direct URL from which the file is hosted. And be sure to take advantage of the built-in filetype search filter located next to the search box. read more [...]
