		<description>Logitech wins hands down for me too. I had my wired remote volume control device go out on my Z4 speaker system and instead of sending me just the volume control replacement, they sent me an entirely new set of speakers. When I got a 14 lbs package in the mail instead of a .5 lbs package it gave me tingles in a silly place.</description>

		<description>Logitech has had great customer service for many years.  I can remember about 6 or 7 years ago having a problem and calling them and I had the replacement just a couple of days later, no arguments. Their just a great company.

One I can say has not so great tech support is F-Secure.  I had a small business package with them and called for tech support and had to wait a week for a response.  It was support like that that had me switching anti-virus companies this year.

And now for another company that has great tech support, Sunbelt Software, the makers of CounterSpy and Ninja anti-spam amongst other products.  They are easy to get a hold of and really do their best to help you find a solution.</description>

I have had to use Neweggs C.S. a few times, and it has always been easy and solved right away.  Once I ordered an expensive 2gig memory kit and the next day noticed it had dropped $10, so did the chat thing and in like 30 sec. she said she would credit my account but this was a one time thing for me.  Lots of other good instances too.
