If it's active on your system you should be able to drag the open applications on your Taskbar around. I assume you're not trying to move the System Tray icons?</description>

<p>If it&#8217;s active on your system you should be able to drag the open applications on your Taskbar around. I assume you&#8217;re not trying to move the System Tray icons?</p>
