Today's "MyFive" is simply a collection of some of my favorite quotes that relate to computers and technology. If you have a favorite, feel free to share...

In the past we've asked you where you go for your product reviews. Some of the sites that have been mentioned include Amazon, ResellerRatings.com, CNET Ratings, and even Newegg. The benefits of putting the time into reading reviews before you buy are numerous and can save you hassle, money, and can help you make decisions on whether or not you should purchase a product.

There are hundreds of millions of websites out there, but how many do you on a regular basis. We've come up with what we believe to be the three most powerful websites on the Internet. Sites that save you time, make you more productive, and focus on making otherwise hard tasks extra easy.
If you've been brave enough to venture into the realm of Firefox 3 Beta 2 there is no denying that you've seen the newly designed Location/Address Bar (). It's big, prominent, and is likely to irritate some people who prefer the more streamlined Address Bar that we've come to know and love. Give me just 30 seconds of your time and we can bring back the classic look...
Lifehacker made a great find the other day that all of the dual-booters will surely enjoy. They came across a free application, called Linux Reader, that gives Windows users the ability to access files from a Linux partition.
On Wednesday there was a two-hour period where Kaspersky had pushed out antivirus signatures that contained a major flaw. They inadvertently identified Windows Explorer (Explorer.exe) as a virus, which many of you know is pretty darn critical for Windows. The virus alert will look like the one in the screenshot above, which was taken by a Kaspersky forum member. It essentially says:

Over the last year we've covered hundreds of different applications, but there are only a handful that are both worthwhile and small. You may recall that we've done a post with 15 ultra tiny apps, all of which were 250KB and under in size. My favorite tiny program of the year, however, was not on that list!
John Slater, the Creative Director over at Mozilla, has given some early insight into the Firefox 3 website redesign process. Just like with Firefox 2, a new website will be accompanying the next big milestone release of the browser which is planned for early next year.
Google has setup a special page where Checkout users can donate money to their favorite charities. There are 11 charities in total that are supported, including UNICEF, Make a Wish Foundation, and the American Red Cross.

Remember the Milk just became the task manager service on the Internet. If you're running Gmail 2 in Firefox you can install the new Remember the Milk extension. It makes use of the heavily integrated Greasemonkey functionality that Google introduced in Gmail 2, and to be honest it is nothing short of amazing.
I'm sure many of you have heard about Think Secret, the blog which at one point was place to go to hear all about the latest Apple rumors. The editor of the blog, "Nick de Plume" (an alias for Nick Ciarelli), managed to get tons of inside information right from the mouths of Apple employees.

Microsoft has been receiving a heap of criticism lately for their Internet Explorer web browser, and the Opera antitrust suit just added more fuel to the flames. People want to see Internet Explorer follow the standards that other web browsers have already complied with, and that will hopefully increase the number of sites that are compatible outside of the IE realm.
