Before you shrug this off as a repeat of our Previous Versions review, you might want to read on. As you may already know only Vista Ultimate, Business, and Enterprise users get the nifty Previous Versions feature. With it you're able to right-click on any file and browse older copies that have automatically been backed up by Windows.

Long Zheng managed to get his hands on what appears to be a Windows 7 Start Menu mockup, and how he came about it is quite interesting. An anonymous tipster sent the image which was retrieved from a private Windows feedback survey regarding the search functionality in Vista.

DivX Shutting Down Stage6.com

Thursday February 28th, 2008 will be the day that DivX shuts down Stage6.com for good. For many, this comes as a huge disappointment.  Stage6 was a place where people went to watch, share, and download high quality videos. One reason it was so great was the fact that the content was compatible with over 70 million electronic devices from major manufacturers.

Communicate using Google Talk Chatback

Google has just introduced a new way to help site owners communicate more with their visitors.  It's called Google Talk Chatback and it's available to any website where you can add HTML content. Inserting the Chatback "badge" will allow visitors to chat with you which means you'll be having an instant message session with your readers, right from the browser. Cool, huh?

Apple Updates MacBook Line

Apple has finally gotten around to updating their MacBook Pro line of laptops with the multi-touch trackpad that was introduced on the MacBook Air back in January. With the new trackpad you'll be able to "" I think many people were holding off on picking up a MacBook Pro because it was anticipated that Apple would be updating the model with some new features.
