I’d love to find something that will make size and location sticky for a specified window. There was such a program designed for Win98 many years ago but the author lost the source code in a crash and didn’t want to re-create it. I don’t remember the name.

Alternately, it would be very nice to set desktop boundaries so windows could only operate within an area designated by co-ordinates of two opposite corners.
