Safari was one of the first browsers to pass the Acid2 test, and I have a feeling that them doing so really pushed the other browsers to follow suit. I don't really find it to be an astonishing browser either, but from a Mac perspective I think I would rather use that than Internet Explorer. That is if I had no other choice than to use what came with the operating system.</description>
