We've received several emails in the last hour or so from our readers regarding Sony offering the "Fresh Start" bloatware-free option on one of their high-end laptops. The emails were not complaining about the $50 fee being charged to get a PC without the crapware, but instead they were all letting us know that Sony has changed their mind and will not be charging for it. Thanks to everyone

The second annual YouTube Video Award nominees were announced last week (view 1st annual here). After a week of voting, the winners have been chosen! YouTube does this to reflect on the year and recognize the best videos of 2007, although now that we're three months into 2008, we've just about forgotten the happenings of 2007. Winners get "bragging rights, a trophy and a special invitation to an event later this year."

Sony has begun to do what we have all been asking begging of computer manufacturers: deliver a bloat-free computer. There is a catch are several catches though. At this point the option is only available for a custom-configured Sony VGN-TZ2000, and Vista Business must be your operating system of choice. Oh, and we can't forget to mention that there is a $50 premium that

As if the iPhone's appearance at the Oscars didn't give Apple enough celebrity exposure, it looks like there are yet more celebrities promoting Apple products, even unlikely ones. When I say unlikely, I'm referring to homemaking diva Martha Stewart who recently wrote an entry on her blog that sounded like it would have been word-for-word from the mouths of the Apple Public Relations department. She was talking about her new MacBook Air, but if
