Apple Gaining Ground in Consumer and Corporate Worlds?

Microsoft has been such a dominating force in the computer industry that it's only a matter of time for some worthy competitors to start coming forward. The first time we really saw this happen was with Firefox taking a large chunk of Microsoft Internet Explorer's market share, and it appears as though Apple might be stepping up to the plate in big ways.

As many of you know there is currently a class action lawsuit going on regarding what Microsoft classifies as "Vista Capable." Amidst all of the email communication they were required to provide was a list of reasons Vista had crashed.

The New BlackBerry 9000

We know a lot of our readers are owners of BlackBerry devices, and so many of you will be interested to get your first glimpse of the BlackBerry 9000, the latest device from RIM. Pictured above is the brand spankin' new BlackBerry. I must say that the first thought that popped into my head was that it reminded me, in one way at least, of the iPhone because of the silver rim/border around the phone.

Microsoft Launches Preview of Windows Search 4.0

The searching capabilities in Vista are one of its best features and one of the most useful, and now it's about to get even better. Just yesterday Microsoft launched the first preview of Windows Search 4.0. It is the successor to the Windows Search Platform which means it replaces Instant Search on Vista and Windows Desktop Search 3.0 on XP.
