It will definitely be the same. Microsoft announced today that it has RTM’d, which means it won’t be changing now.

I actually had that issue all of the time, and found myself reinstalling every few months. Vista is much better in that regard.

I'm glad to hear that Service Pack 3 is coming soon, April 29th will be a great day.
