I didn't exactly mean to buy a piece of junk that you'd throw out anyways. :) I meant it would be good to go through to see if there's a household item or anything else that would interest you or be of use to you, that would be worth purchasing to get free shipping.[div id=commentquote]Michael Dobrofsky wrote:
Wow, thanks Ashley, what a great idea for a website. I’ve been caught like that, too, trying to tip my purchase of the $25 dollar mark…cybermarking this one.

alotta stuff always seems to be just under the $25 :P

Your welcome! I've noticed the same thing, a lot of the books I want to buy are just under $25. If I can find something that I need to bring my order up to the right amount to get free shipping, I'm all for it![div id=commentquote]Kate wrote:
Even if a suitable filler item isn’t the same or less than the shipping charges, I still usually try to buy an item to put me over the $25. For instance, if I purchase a DVD that’s $19.99 I’ll buy a $5 or $6 item even though the shipping on a DVD is only $3.49. I’d rather add a little more money to my order and actually get something, than spend it on shipping charges. That’s just like giving money away. :)
[/div]
You've gotta love Amazon, there's always something to buy from there!
