Over 950 of you responded and as it turns out, 30% of you, larger than any other group, are using a computer that's less than one year old. Coming in next was 21% of you who said that you are using a computer that's 1-2 years old.

Last week we posted some mirrors for the Windows XP SP3 download, and today was supposed to be the golden day that Microsoft delivered it to the public. That won't be happening. Microsoft found a last minute show-stopper that they decided needs to be addressed before offering it to the public.

Slowly but surely, television networks are starting to understand new media. They get that there are other places than the TV where people want to watch their favorite shows, and they are finally starting to come up with ways to bring TV to the Internet. Hulu is a great example of television networks "getting it" by offering premium content from Fox, NBC, MGM, Sony, and others, online for free.

Those of you who were checking up on the Daily Downloads today might have noticed something new. We were going to do just a text-based system for listing the platforms, but we wanted to make it easier for those wanting to glance through real quick.

Any Grand Theft Auto fans out there? If there are, you already know Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA) launched at midnight last night and you probably already have your hands on a copy of the game. For the first time, the game launched at the same time for two platforms, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. In some cities, like New York, people were in line waiting for the game's launch before midnight.
