You talk about the iPod and Zune all the time, but what about the Creative Zen? They are working on a new Zen that will be out before Christmas. Zens are better than iPods.

I think competition often times helps to make a better product – everybody is pushed to make something really great. As is the case with Xbox and Playstation, maybe even the Zune and the iPod too.

First they entered sony’s market with the xBox and now this. But as you said, this is an amazing achievement for microsoft. I wouldn’t rate Zune on the higher side anyway.
