		<description>I would be plenty happy if you just didn&#039;t grab the results after 20 results have already been displayed. Another option is that you could cache the ranking for a period of time, such as a day, so that you didn&#039;t have to query Alexa so much for the really popular results.</description>

Expect to see the # of results per page option shortly. We would love to do 100 per page, but the problem is that the more results per page, the more results you need to query (alexa, pr, etc..)
We are working on a solution that will monitor your current scrollbar position and only grab results based on current location. The other option is to not grab PR and Alexa for anything paste #20 per page.
