Office 2007 is one of the best and most full-featured releases, not just from an interface point of view. I'm one of those users who knows the ins and outs of Office and yet I didn't find re-learning so difficult. There's a nice Quick Access Toolbar on the top in Ribbon apps where you can easily add ANY command in pre-Office 2007-style. I'm 100% sure those stupid editors only know basic stuff about Word/Excel/PowerPoint nothing more. How ridiculous!
