Citizen's Bendable Clock

Yes, as seen in the picture the clock looks like some kind of poster rather than a digital time piece. It is an amazing idea that you can make an electronic device so thin that it is actually bendable, but how useful would it be? That could very well be a good question because would you want a clock wrapped around a pole? I am not sure if the intention of Citizen is to mass manufacturer this clock, but I think it is to show that the technology is there to be applied to other concepts. I can see concepts like advertisements scrolling around a circular room and so forth. So who knows, I guess we will just have to wait to see where they go with it.
