I gave Zamzar a shot with two South Park .rm's I couldn't get converted properly anywhere else. Actually, I may not have, because I exited the tab pretty quickly after starting the video uploads. It said they'd let me know when it finished, and it didn't try and stop me, but somehow I don't think I'll be getting an Email from them.

You really have a lot of conversion sites up your sleeve, maybe you should put 'em together in a post. You could rank 'em.

Ahh..dude, if you're converting YouTube videos nothing beats ZamZar. Check this out:
http://www.zamzar.com/url/

All you have to do is paste in the URL of the YouTube video and select the format you want. Then it will email you when it is done. There is no fussing with downloading the video from YouTube or anything...it does all of that. They even have a bookmarklet available incase you become addicated. And they even have a page dedicated to the most converted online videos:
http://www.zamzar.com/popular/

And they do support most of the video services:
http://www.zamzar.com/url/overview.php

And I almost forgot to say...it is a great way to download songs. With ZamZar you can have the video converted to an MP3, but the quality isn't exactly the best. At least that way you don't have to worry about copyrights or DRM.

It took some time, but it worked (It didnt' just finish, It finished some time while I was off the PC). Filling out the forms was quick (just needed my Gmail address and password, a title, and a couple tags). Then, I waited for them to Email me the link to the video on Google. When I first tried the link, I got a "video unavailable" error. It works and can be downloaded now, though. The time it took to have the video on my PC in mp4 format wasn't record-setting. Yet, I'm planning on making this my new solution for downloading videos from non-Google video sharing sites. Why? With this, I don't have to hassle with conversion errors, and I don't have to devote most of my PC's recourses to converting. Also, as many videos as I want can be transferred simultaneously, rather than having to convert them one by one. The time I actually spend setting up the videos to convert this way is tiny, and I can do whatever while they're done in the background.

Note: I'm not actually using what I converted this way. I got the videos from youtube I wanted before by downloading using some site then converting to mp4 (not wmv) w/ SUPER. This was just a (successful) test ;)

So, if this works as advertised, I can get any online videos onto Google Videos, then download straight from there hack free as mp4 :). I'm testing this now.

Also, it's annoying that Google videos now shows results from many sites, like Y! Videos has done forever, because I need them to be hosted by Google to download. Now I add site:google.com to Google video searches.
