Actually the opposite is probably true. RSS feeds don’t update frequently enough so it will probably be the ones who happen to visit the site right after it happens.

Huh? You can enter in any of the contents until Thursday. All of the contests will have a minimum of 24-hours being posted and accepting entries. So there should be no problems with the time zone.

Only one license goes to one of the first five comments. For many of the giveaways, there are 10 licenses which means the other 9 can go to any commenter.
