This is definitely one of those applications you have to play around with before you will see everything that it is capable of. The number of filters is what really impressed me.</description>

PhotoFiltre has been around for many years, I first remember finding it back in 2005 and it had been around for a while back then.  There is a free and pay for version.  I never used the pay for version, but it&#039;s my understanding it&#039;s mostly for commercial use with personal and educational use being free.  Great overview Ryan.</description>
