I don’t think comparing the search engines is very fair as people are a lot less likely to search for Google… on Google.

That is true, but obviously there are a fair amount of people searching for it.

I think most people wouldn’t search for Linux as it is… they’d search via the distro names like Ubuntu or Fedora
