I am curious to know: how many of those people looked into the issues and solutions, not just the rambling they make? And how many are voting for the PERSON instead of the PARTY?

I’m with you there— I really wish there weren’t parties. Voting for the person regardless of which “side” they’re on is much more important in my book.

Ron Paul has a snowball’s chance in Hades of being the Republican nominee. The fact that his supporters are ubiquitous on the web, spam internet polls with votes, and are passive-aggressive is besides the point. He is in last place in any legitimate poll of the voting public. Matter of fact, if he does break away from the Republican party and run as an independent, he will siphon many more votes from the Democrats than from the Republicans, since he is a RINO *and* a nutjob.

Still he’s got a nut load of die hard supporters, I still think it’s pretty amazing what he’s done with so little, although I disagree with almost every one of his views…
